Terms of Service
Committed to Your Future
All bookings are an agreement and a legally binding contract between A Picture of Elegance Clinic & Academy and you.
When you place your order for one or more of our Services it is an offer by you to enter into a legal contract with us.
You and we will only enter into a binding contract when you receive notification from us that we accepted your order. Once we accept your order, a binding contract between you and us will come into being subject to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to your booking a course place and any other matters arising from that application. They aim to outline our obligation to you and your obligation to us. Course dates and assessments may also be subject to change.
Processing of applications.
Course bookings are processed on first come first served basis.
To secure your place on a course, submit full payment via bank transfer
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
Transfer Policy
A booking may be transferred for the same course subject to availability, free of charge if 4 or more weeks notice is given.
If less than 4 weeks notice is given, you will incur an administration charge of £40.00.
A Picture of Elegance Clinic & Academy is under no obligation to offer a transfer of courses.
Cancellations Policy
All online courses are non refundable due to the course being emailed.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date, and non-attendance, incur 100% of fees paid. If medical certification can be provided, the course will be transferred to a new date. Any subsequent course cancellation will incur a forfeit of all fees paid.
A Picture of Elegance Clinic & Academy is under no obligation to offer a refund of any fees paid.
For cancellations with over 14 days notice, a fee of £25 will be deducted from the refund of the full course price, this must be submitted in writing by email before the refund is given.
Transfer of Fees
If monies are transferred for an alternative date, they will be held for up to three months, after this time if no alternative date booked any unused fees will be forfeited.
Certification
Certificates are issued in the name stated on enrolling They are sent via email for you to print if necessary.
Changes to Personal Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that personal details held by A Picture of Elegance Clinic & Academy are correct and to notify us of any changes e.g. name, address. Written notification of changes in personal details must be sent. A Picture of Elegance Clinic & Academy will not be liable for any errors due to incorrect personal information.
Individual Needs
If you feel you need additional support with particular learning needs e.g. physical disability, hearing impairment or literacy skills, please could you inform us of your individual needs when booking. We will contact you to discuss your requirements.
Uniform
A Picture of Elegance Clinic & Academy has a dress code, where all students attending are required to wear either their tunic and trousers or black T-Shirt with black trousers and black flat closed toe shoes.
